The Nestle® Ideal® Medium Fat Evaporated milk contains 53% less fat than regular evaporated milk. Evaporated milk smoothes and balances fatty dishes such as stews and helps to tenderise meat. It is richer than milk, yet lighter than cream.

HOW TO USE

To use as a fresh milk, dilute with equal parts water and mix well.

Use to replace cream to add creaminess to soups, stews and pasta dishes.
