Usage instructions:
1. Enjoy squish 100% puree as a convenient on-the-go snack or with a meal. Eat as is, or warmed.

2. To heat: stand pouch in warm water or squeeze contents into a bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Always test temperature before serving

3. Do not add salt and/or sugar.

4. Opened: refrigerate and use within 24 hours.

Storage instructions:
Store in a cool dry place.

Important notice: If this pouch is damaged or inflated, do not use. Do not microwave pouch. Packaging contains a small cap which could be a potential choking hazard to children and should be kept out of their reach at all times. Do not leave children unattended while they are eating. As with other manufactured baby food, this product contains no preservatives colourants or artificial flavouring. This food is not intended for infants younger than 6 months of age and early introduction is not-recommended.
