This artisanal sauce is hand-crafted in small batches using ingredients sourced from local suppliers and farmers. Starting with fire–roasting sun-ripened tomatoes, red peppers, and onions over invasive acacia coals. Blending in fresh oregano, coriander, a signature blend of spices, and naturally fermented vinegar adds complexity to these fire-roasted ingredients.
The salsa delivers a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity with a subtle lick of smoke, reminiscent of a braai. It is low in sugar and salt, with no preservatives. The mildest sauce, with no chile added, it is perfect for those of you who want to add some mild depth of flavour to their dishes.
Ingredients:
Tomato, Onion, Vinegar, Red Pepper, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Coriander, Lemon Juice, Origanum, Tapioca Flour, Spices, Xanthan Gum.
Refrigerate after use.
